Why this role is notable

The day-to-day work is designing and operating agentic pipelines, where autonomous AI agents chain together to execute multi-step operational processes that previously required scripted RPA bots or human handoffs. This kind of agent-orchestration work for process automation largely did not exist as a job category about three years ago.
