Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture and Integrations is responsible for our enterprise architecture strategy and related decisions, while leading the strategy, architecture, development, and operational support of Prolink's enterprise integration platform. In addition, this role will be influential in defining and evolving our product and delivery methodologies. This role oversees the design and delivery of secure, scalable platforms and integrations that connect business-critical systems, ensuring reliable data movement across the enterprise.
The Senior Manager leads a team of developers and integration engineers while remaining technically engaged in architecture and solution design. This individual partners closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions that enable business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
This role does not own the enterprise applications themselves but is accountable for the architecture, services, APIs, middleware, and data flows that connect them.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Effectively communicate at all levels and all audiences

Architecture And Integration Strategy
- Establish an architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure consistent application of sound architecture principles.
- Facilitate the effective application of AI to our tech stack and delivery methodologies.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration architectures.
- Establish enterprise integration standards, development patterns, and governance.
- Define API, messaging, and event-driven architecture standards.
- Ensure integrations support business scalability and long-term technology strategy.
- Establish coding standards and development best practices.
Integration Development
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between enterprise systems, including:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Workday
- Corporate Website
- Mobile Applications
- AI Platforms
- Data Warehouses
- Marketing Platforms
- Identity Providers
- Third-party vendor applications
- Enterprise reporting solutions
Responsibilities include:
- REST APIs

Product Delivery
- Apply best practices to the establishment of product delivery processes and methodologies.
- Instill consistency, discipline, and standards into team execution.
- Leverage AI capabilities to drive efficiency and velocity in the delivery model.
- Partner with business and application owners to understand integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
- Prioritize work across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Lead Agile delivery of integration projects.
- Ensure integrations are delivered on time and meet business expectations.
Platform Reliability
Own the operational health of the integration environment by:
- Monitoring integration performance
- Managing production support
- Troubleshooting failures
- Implementing alerting and monitoring
- Improving resiliency
- Reducing technical debt
- Driving automation
Vendor Collaboration
Work directly with software vendors to:
- Design APIs
- Review technical specifications
- Coordinate implementations
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Evaluate new technologies
- Ensure compatibility with enterprise architecture
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years designing enterprise integrations
- 5+ years of full-stack development
- 3+ years leading software engineering teams
- Experience delivering enterprise integration projects
- Experience leading Agile software delivery
