Job Description
Pierce Atwood's rapidly growing real estate and land use practice seeks a top-notch real estate and land use litigation associate with 2-6 years of relevant experience for our Boston office.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in Massachusetts zoning and land use law and litigation, including substantive discovery and motion practice experience. Experience with planning board, zoning board, and conservation commission hearings is a plus but not required. Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are a must. This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving, highly-regarded, and collegial land use practice at one of the select Boston firms with a Tier 1 National Zoning and Land Use ranking from Best Law Firms®. Boston zoning and renewable energy development experience are a plus. Counsel and junior partner-level attorneys will also be considered, and no portable billings are required.
The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $150,000-$225,000.
