Key Responsibilities
- Digital Portal Management: Process visas, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official systems like Qiwa Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies to advise company management on operational impacts.
- Government Liaison: Represent the organization during official visits, inspections, or meetings with ministries (such as HRSD)
- Employee Support: Assist staff with onboarding, exit clearances, and governmental documentation.
- HR Data Analytics: Identify areas of improvement via intentional assessments and analytics
- HR Operations: Manages the day to day operations for HR.
Job Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or Human Resources or similar.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience handling HR Government Operations and HR generalist
- Technical Skills: Hands-on mastery of Saudi e-government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI)
- Languages: Professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
