Why this role is notable
A 150-year-old pharmaceutical company is building a dedicated director-level function to drive adoption of AI-enabled products and agent-based workflows across its China commercial operations, suggesting that large incumbents are now treating AI rollout as an organizational transformation problem rather than an IT project.
