International Trade Law Clerk

Candidates must possess fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. Experience in export controls administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and matters within the jurisdiction of U.S. Customs and Border Protection is beneficial. Additional subject matter experience with economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control and/or trade remedy investigations under U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty and safeguard laws is preferred but not required.
