We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 1st shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Phoenix AZ team! Experience with On-site for a light industrial facility required. Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday. Mandatory OT. Seasonal Position

If you live in or near Phoenix, AZ we offer:

• Salary Range $41,500 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience
• This is a Seasonal position - September 2026 - January 2027.
• Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
• KPI driven bonuses

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lite industrial recruiting Required
• Bilingual in Spanish/English Required
• Supervisory experience Preferred
• Daily reports management,
• Managing KPIs,
• Weekly time clock and attendance management.
• Payroll processing
• Daily walk-throughs
• Safety Observations
• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
• Troubleshooting associate needs,
• Attending meetings with management when necessary.

What we need from you:

• Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
• Recruiting for a production facility Required.
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Bilingual Spanish and English required
• Understand this is NOT a remote position
