Job Description
About the Role
The Strategic Solutions Architect, Endpoint Security is a senior specialist role within EMEA Solutions Engineering, dedicated to Cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, and Advanced Thread Protection across NinjaOne's AV integration portfolio - including SentinelOne, Bitdefender GravityZone, CrowdStrike, and Vulnerability Management. This role blends deep technical authority with cross-functional collaboration: you are the region's go-to expert for Endpoint Security, owning the technical strategy behind AV deals, migrations, and onboarding, while enabling the broader SE and Sales organizations to sell and support these solutions with confidence.
You will operate across the full customer lifecycle - from pre-sales technical validation through onboarding, migration, and post-sales escalation - for the region's highest-complexity Endpoint Security engagements. You will also work closely with Product Management to ensure the roadmap reflects EMEA customer and market realities.
Location - remote, anywhere in the UK; travel required for vendor engagements, trade shows, and prospect/ customer visits
What You’ll be Doing
Serve as the go-to resource for all Endpoint Security-related topics across the EMEA region, for both internal teams and customers
Maintain expert-level understanding SentinelOne, Bitdefender GravityZone, CrowdStrike, and the Vulnerability Importer, including their surrounding technologies and integration points with NinjaOne
Handle intricate customer requirements and custom Endpoint Security integration challenges, providing innovative solutions where standard playbooks fall short
Lead onboarding and advanced training sessions for customers deploying AV solutions, and support escalations tied to high-complexity and post-sales issues
Act as the lead SE for AV deals involving a high number of endpoints or complex security requirements, partnering closely with Sales and Product to drive successful outcomes
Support Product Specialists and Customer Success Managers by running product demonstrations and resolving customer pain points to help bring deals across the finish line
Own the operational follow-through on AV deals, including ensuring customer account provisioning emails are sent accurately and on time
Act as the primary owner for all SentinelOne migration tickets across the region
Serve as the escalation point when another SE is leading an integration and encounters issues - stepping in to guide or directly resolve as needed
Conduct training for Solutions Engineers to ensure the team is confident and effective when speaking with prospects and customers about Endpoint Security
Assess team training needs based on observed gaps or customer feedback, and design and deliver sessions to close them
Share best practices, technical tips, and emerging Endpoint Security trends across the broader SE organization
Partner with Marketing on webinars, trade shows, and talks related to AV and Endpoint Security
Work with Revenue Enablement to shape onboarding and learning paths for security topics
Support the Support organization on recurring AV-related tickets and trends, identifying and escalating product or process gaps proactively
Act as a technology evangelist, communicating the value of NinjaOne's Endpoint Security capabilities to internal and external stakeholders
Other duties as needed
About You
5+ years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, with demonstrated specialization in Cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, or Advanced Threat Protection
Advanced knowledge of endpoint security vendors and their product offerings (SentinelOne, Bitdefender, CrowdStrike, or comparable platforms)
Proven ability to manage complex, high-endpoint-count AV deals and migrations from pre-sales through onboarding
Strong technical documentation skills; comfortable owning Dojo and product documentation content
High proficiency in building trusted relationships with partners and vendors, with the soft skills to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
Experience conducting training or enablement sessions for peer Sales Engineers or Sales teams
Comfortable operating with autonomy across a fast-evolving product and threat landscape
Ability to travel for trade shows, vendor visits, and prospect/customer meetings
Professional fluency in English required; French proficiency a strong plus given the transition support required for the French market
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience considered
