Staff Accountant

<p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform day to day accounting processes and month end close entries and account reconciliations</li>
<li>Perform accounting close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial statements and supporting reports</li>
<li>Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves and account analysis</li>
<li>Prepare schedules and supporting documentation related to external audit requirements, and interact with external auditors as required</li>
<li>Process vendor invoices, verify coding and ensure timely approvals and monitor accounts payable balances</li>
<li>Process customer invoices, apply cash and reconcile customer accounts and monitor accounts receivable balances</li>
<li>Participate in special projects as requested</li>
<li>Performs necessary functions to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls over relevant processes</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You should have the following</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>
<li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Sage) and advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data</li>
<li>Ability to convey financial information clearly to executives, peers, and auditors</li>
<li>2-6 years of related accounting/finance work experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>US Salary Range</strong></p>
<p>$71,500 - $100,000 USD</p>
<p>The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.</p>
