Clinical Data Management Analyst

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end data management activities pertaining to clinical trials
- Develop, validate, and maintain data management tools and systems
- Collect and analyze data to ensure data integrity review and reconciliation
- Manage queries and perform medical coding applying quality criteria since the beginning of the Data Management process
- Prepare for database lock in compliance with our company Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree completed in health sciences (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biological sciences, or related healthcare data sciences)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Suite
- 2 years of work experience in any field
- Self-motivated with excellent work planning and time management skills
- Able to apply Critical Thinking to complex and ambiguous scenarios
- Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment with flexibility
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and business areas
Preferred
- Proficiency in other languages
- Background in data analytics
