Mid-Level Litigation Associate

McGuireWoods seeks a 4–6 year associate to join its Financial Services & Securities Enforcement team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation and regulatory-facing matters for leading financial institutions and fintechs, including high-stakes class actions, commercial disputes, and emerging areas such as mass arbitrations.The cornerstone of McGuireWoods’ financial services litigation group is the team’s ability to effectively represent the interests of the vital, growing and increasingly complex financial services sector. This includes high-stakes, multimillion-dollar class actions and other complex litigation. Matters include nationwide consumer class actions involving millions of class members, California-wide cases alleging unfair competition, fraud, violation of various consumer protection statutes, complex Ponzi-scheme matters brought against financial institutions, and the rapidly evolving landscape of mass arbitrations.
