Job Summary:

Our Technology Transactions & Outsourcing practice group is seeking a Staff Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join their team. This role will lead complex technology and commercial transactions focusing on information technology, outsourcing, AI, blockchain, digital health, and telecommunications. We are open to staffing this role in our Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta or New York offices.

Job Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm)

Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will practice

Key Competencies:

Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment required

Excellent contract drafting skills

Comfort using AI legal tools

Detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills

Exercises good judgment

Demonstrated record of excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of information

Ability to issue, spot, and summarize key points succinctly

Expected Pay Range for Staff Attorneys: $200,000 – $245,000
