Job Description
McCarter & English, LLP is seeking an associate for our Products Liability, Mass Torts and Consumer Class Actions Practice Group in our New York, NY office. Candidates must have 3-6 years of law firm experience, including attending court hearings, taking depositions and analyzing large, complex document collections. Pharmaceutical, medical device, personal injury or no-fault motor vehicle defense, and/or other complex products liability and/or class action litigation experience preferred. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented. Superior academic record and excellent writing and analytical skills are required. NY Bar admission required, additional NJ Bar admission preferred. The salary range for this position is $185,000 – $200,000 annually depending on experience.
