Job Description
Loeb & Loeb's Private Client Department seeks an associate with 4-7 years of law firm experience to join its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will come from an estate planning practice, tax practice or other transactional practice. Knowledge and experience with high-net-worth estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and drafting wills and trust agreements preferred. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Relatable experience outside of the T&E practice area would be considered. Superior academic credentials and admission to the CA bar are required. Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred. Tax LLM is a strong plus but not required.
Expected salary range for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $325,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
