Corporate Associate (Los Angeles)

Loeb & Loeb LLP seeks a Corporate Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. Candidates should have general corporate law firm experience, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities. Private equity and finance experience is helpful but not a prerequisite. In addition, ideal candidates should have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the CA bar are highly preferred. Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred.

The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $215,000 and a maximum of $285,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
