Business Transactions Associate (5-7 years) - Minneapolis, MN

Lathrop GPM is actively seeking a qualified associate attorney with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as experience in corporate governance and general business law, to join our Business Transactions practice group in Minneapolis.The current anticipated salary range is $200,000+. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law.
