The role will involve reviewing client engagement letters and contracts, identifying data-sharing permissions and restrictions, documenting findings in a centralized database, and supporting quality assurance activities.

Review client engagement letters, audit contracts, transmittal letters, evergreen contracts, and related documents.
Analyze contract clauses related to:
o Data sharing permissions
o Data reuse rights
o Third-party access
o Offshore resource access
o Cloud storage permissions
o Confidentiality and privacy restrictions
Identify and document contract restrictions relating to GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, PII, PHI, and other regulatory requirements.
Extract key contract information and accurately update centralized permission trackers and databases.
Validate contract details, signatures, effective dates, and applicability of contract provisions.
Maintain review status and execution tracking records.
Escalate ambiguous clauses, missing documentation, and contract exceptions to project leads.
Perform quality assurance reviews, cross-checks, and data validation activities.
Support the development of a reliable permissions repository for reporting, benchmarking, analytics, and future AI-enabled contract review solutions.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Work experience
