Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Enable automation, tooling, and team delivery: Develop and maintain Analytical Tools, contribute to automation and operational enhancement initiatives, collaborate with global teams on projects/UAT, and support/coach analysts to meet production deadlines.
- Build tools and drive process improvement: Develop/maintain Excel-based tools and templates; automate manual steps where possible and streamline workflows using large datasets to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Required skills & qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in financial analytics, data operations, data management, or a closely related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline
- Advanced Excel, Alteryx and Tableau or similar analytics/visualization tools capabilities (analysis, reconciliation, data-quality validation/checks)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Proven ability to design, build, and automate data architectures, processes, and workflows
- Experience delivering end-to-end analytics outputs, including dashboard development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
- Working knowledge of financial instruments and multi-asset markets
- Hands-on experience using Databricks for analytics and reporting/dashboarding use cases
Preferred skills & qualifications
- Experience operating in a controlled environment (documented procedures, data-quality controls, auditability)
