Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.
As a Senior Associate within the Digital Bill Payment team, you will support strategic product initiatives, operational processes, client onboarding activities, risk and control obligations, and production issue management. You will work closely with product managers, technology teams, implementation teams, vendors, and clients to help deliver reliable payment solutions and a strong client experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Digital Bill Payment platform operations and production support activities.
- Coordinate client onboarding, implementations, and change management efforts.
- Analyze operational incidents, identify root causes, and drive remediation activities.
- Perform monthly billing reconciliation process.
- Monitor key performance metrics, dashboards, and service-level objectives.
- Partner with technology, implementation, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Prepare executive summaries, business review materials, and management reporting.
- Support governance activities, risk assessments, controls testing, and audit requests.
- Document business processes, requirements, and operational procedures.
- Assist with pricing analysis, client financial reviews, and business case development.
- Contribute to product enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting payment, treasury services, fintech, or financial services operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with Digital Bill Payment, receivables, merchant acquiring, or payment processing.
- Knowledge of operational risk and controls frameworks.
- Experience supporting vendor management and client implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira.
