San Diego - Corporate Associate

The San Diego office of Jones Day has an immediate need for a corporate associate with 3-6 years’ of U.S. experience with a large or sophisticated mid-size law firm. The candidate must have significant experience with both company and investor side venture capital and growth equity financings, as well as day-to-day private company counseling experience.  Ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential. We are a global law firm committed to excellence in client service. We are looking for an associate who is excited to contribute to local and national client teams, with significant client interaction and substantial responsibility.

The pay scale for this role is $260,000 - $495,000.  Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
