You will report to the External Communications team, a small yet highly creative group responsible for managing organic and paid social media, influencer partnerships, and PR. This role will report to our Social Lead, with a primary focus on organic social content and influencer engagement. We collaborate closely with the broader TurboTax Canada marketing team, as well as the U.S. social team, to align on content strategies and community management. We are a close-knit, fun, and collaborative team that prides ourselves on fostering a supportive environment while producing incredible content that has driven significant recent growth across all of our external-facing channels.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute engaging social media content for Gen Z audiences across platforms such as X, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, aligning with the Intuit TurboTax brand voice.
Assist the Social Lead in designing and implementing growth strategies to increase follower count and drive traffic to owned social channels.
Co-manage community engagement efforts, fostering positive interactions and monitoring social sentiment.
Collaborate with the broader Intuit Marketing organization and integrated agencies to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and campaign execution.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Passion for social media and a deep understanding of current Gen Z trends, platforms, and digital culture.
Proven ability to create compelling, shareable content (written, visual, or short-form video).
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for community management and meaningful engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Eligibility Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program with a graduation date at least 3 months after the co-op ends.
Available for an 8-month co-op work term, from September 2026 - April 2027 , for 40 hours per week
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.

The expected base pay range for this position is: $26/hr - $30/hr CAD
