This role sits in Intuit’s Expert Network—the thousands of tax, bookkeeping, and financial professionals who deliver confidence to millions of TurboTax and QuickBooks customers. We are seeking a visionary Principal Marketing Manager of Expert Voice & Insights to lead our global expert listening, insights, and AI model validation strategy. In this highly cross-functional role, you will hold an incredibly high bar for 'insights-to-action.' You aren't just capturing feedback; you are architecting the feedback loops that ensure we are driving continuous improvement of our products and services.

Spearhead the Voice of the Expert (VOE) & Insights Strategy
End-to-End Listening Architecture: Architect and execute the global surveying, pulse-taking, and deep-dive listening strategies for the entire Expert Network. Accountable for tracking and increasing Expert Engagement Scores.
Immersive Experience Studios: Lead and scale our Immersive Experience Studios, creating interactive testing grounds where product teams and experts collaborate live to simulate real-world workflows.
Continuous Improvement Culture: Synthesize complex qualitative themes and quantitative survey data into rigorous, executive-ready insights that champion the expert perspective.
Influence Product & Engineering Roadmaps
Insights-to-Action Pipeline: Act as the ultimate bridge between frontline experts and the Product Management organization. Translate complex expert friction points into clear, actionable product requirements.
Feature Accountability & Adoption: Partner with the Expert Readiness and Change Management teams to integrate expert user acceptance testing frameworks. Champion the successful implementation and shipping of top VOE feedback themes directly into our core product and platform backlogs to maximize Expert Adoption.
Readiness Optimization: Ensure experts feel equipped, trained, and confident in the stability and feature-completeness of internal tools before peak seasons.
Drive the AI + HI 'Experts-in-the-Loop' Model Validation Program
Experts-in-the-Loop Governance: Lead the newly formed Expert AI Model Validation team, establishing frameworks that leverage our human network to evaluate, stress-test, and refine Intuit’s generative AI capabilities.
Future of Work Stewardship: Position our experts not just as software users, but as the foundational trainers of our global financial intelligence engine.

Tools Readiness Score (Expert tool confidence and readiness)
VOE Implementation & Adoption Rate (Percentage of high-priority expert feedback themes successfully resolved via shipped product features or workflow optimizations, adoption of AI expert tools)

Experience & Domain Expertise
10–12+ years of experience across Product Marketing, Employee Experience/Listening, Workforce Insights, or Strategy Operations within a high-growth tech or product ecosystem.
Proven Listening Track Record: Demonstrated success building large-scale, continuous employee/user listening platforms and surveying infrastructure/methodology with high customer empathy.
AI/Technical Literacy: Strong comfort navigating discussions around AI models, algorithmic validation, or technology transformations. Experience working with machine learning or AI workflows is a major plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field. (Master's or equivalent experience preferred).
