Join us ATM Integration and Capacity team as an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving ATM tactical capacity improvements with best flexibility and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Possess a strong understanding of the Industrial Engineering role and technical expertise in Assembly and Test manufacturing processes and equipment.
2- Possess a strong understanding of Capacity response Process include RRP/LRP; enhance long term and short-term capacity planning handshake.
3- Collaborate with ATM factory IE team, planning stakeholders to align product build plans with equipment and enterprise strategy. Analyse complex business data and market signals to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and systems to support evolving manufacturing strategies.
4- Lead with strong soft skills, establishing standards and working on VF capacity improvements with best flexibility and cost.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related field engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, capacity planning, or manufacturing operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Intel Foundry assembly and test process flows and toolsets, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses to executive leadership.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic processes.
- Proficiency in business data analytics, RRP/LRP capacity planning, and strategic roadmap development.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and managing performance in a team environment
- Fluent business-level English communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and capability to present data for management review .
