Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured phone screens with prospective candidates.
- Assess experience and qualifications against defined requirements.
- Explain the opportunity and answer general candidate questions.
- Document accurate screening notes in the recruitment system.
- Recommend qualified candidates for recruiter follow-up.
- Maintain timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, candidate screening, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and active-listening skills.
- Professional telephone presence and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and work independently.
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
