Labor and Employment Attorney

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is the nation’s largest law firm focused on matters specific to health care organizations.  Hall Render is seeking an experienced employment law attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join the Health Human Resources Practice Group in Indianapolis, IN. We’re looking for:

·         JD from an accredited law school;

·         Admitted to practice law in Indiana;

·         3-6 years of employment law experience, with familiarity of substantive employment laws, such as FMLA, ADA, Wage and Hour;

·         Private practice experience, preferred;

·         Litigation experience, employment litigation preferred.
