Bay Area – Corporate Associate (Mid-Level/Senior)

We are searching for a mid-level/senior associate to join the Corporate group in our Bay Area offices. The ideal candidate would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies,  venture capital financings, growth and private equity, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys who are excited about working closely with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.

Job Requirements:
JD 2018-2022
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Entrepreneurial attitude with a client-focused approach and aptitude for client-facing work
Prior large law firm experience is a plus, but not required 
Experience or exposure to venture capital, growth or private equity is a plus

Salary Range: 
$310,000 - $435,000
