We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels, including C-Suite level, and serve as a point of contact with the goal of deepening relationships, optimizing advertising resources and increasing the customer’s profitable growth.
Develop and present to customers, forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with their goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations.
Form a thorough understanding of customer business and marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and challenges, structure joint business plans (JBPs) for key customer accounts that help them achieve their goals, while transforming their growth curve.
Build cross-functional relationships with other teams within Google to deliver innovative advertising business solutions.
Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with the broader industry and to serve as an advocate at industry events and conferences.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of engaged landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
