As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Define product and select architecture, in collaboration with design and ID teams, via early design for automation engagement.
Generate functional requirements specifications for automated adhesive, sealing, screw driving, cleaning, conveyance, and other precision electronic assembly operations.
Automate solution design and development, in conjunction with manufacturing and automation partners.
Develop automation implementation schedules and oversight of factory and site acceptance testing activities.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience with process or product development with electro-mechanical products.
Experience in leading end-to-end project management, including design for excellence (DFX) discussions, design, develop, and implement automated systems, return on investment analysis, SOW negotiations, vendor coordination, testing, and support.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in high-volume and high-precision consumer electronics.
Experience with robotic manipulators, vision systems, and material handling systems.
Experience in manufacturing process or fixture development and validation.
Experience generating functional requirements specifications.
Experience with NX or other CAD tools, DOE, GRR, tolerance analysis, and statistical analysis.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience with process or product development with electro-mechanical products.
Experience in leading end-to-end project management, including design for excellence (DFX) discussions, design, develop, and implement automated systems, return on investment analysis, SOW negotiations, vendor coordination, testing, and support.
