Google’s New Business Sales Team is a group of highly-skilled sales professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate Google's marketing products (YouTube and the Google Display Network) into their current Marketing strategies. This global, dynamic and dedicated team is the engine behind Google’s continued growth.

Own and drive the business strategy for your designated market, strategically building and managing a pipeline of high-value prospects to ensure long-term, sustainable growth.
Lead the acquisition and closure of large-scale, complex commercial agreements by architecting and presenting sophisticated marketing solutions that maximize client return on investment.
Establish and cultivate deep relationships with C-level executives, acting as a trusted business partner who can lead consensus and set data-backed expectations.
Act as a thought leader and mentor within the team, guiding junior members, driving pod-level initiatives, and contributing to the team's overall success through your expertise and proactive leadership.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in business, marketing, or consulting.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and development of associated agreements.
Experience in sales in the internet advertising industry.
Ability to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills to understand the client's agenda, organize their needs, and propose solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to pitch advertising solutions over video conferences or in person.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in business, marketing, or consulting.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
