Stand up and lead a research democratization program. Create the playbooks, templates, self-serve workflows, and guardrails that empower the broader UX, Product, and Engineering teams to connect with customers safely, ethically, and responsibly.
Manage the GeminiApp UXR budget, navigate complex procurement processes, and own relationships with external research vendors and tool providers.
Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team of contractors dedicated to participant recruitment, panel management, and operational support.
Design and scale new initiatives that lower the friction for the entire UX organization to get in front of customers, driving a deeply embedded culture of customer obsession.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI (including Gemini) to streamline the research life cycle—from automated scheduling and repository tagging to AI-driven synthesis and distribution of insights.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or a similar role supporting UX research, design, or product development teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Track record of standing up operational programs (like UXR democratization) from scratch in high-growth, fast-evolving technology organizations.
