As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Lead the design, development, and implementation of standardized application development processes for the global Google Data Center (GDC) organization.
Enable the collection of critical path process metrics from Tech Optimization and Platform Solutions (TOPS) managed systems.
Aid in the development and implementation of a horizontal customer engagement process to efficiently triage, prioritize, and route feedback from TOPS stakeholders and system users.
Support the establishment of a GDC process and systems architecture framework to enable strategic prioritization and decision-making related to process re-engineering and system development programs.
Provide technical program management support for GDC operational domains (e.g., data center operations, CSRM) as needed.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with data analytics and process.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in technical program management, managing all phases of a project and leading daily activities.
3 years of program management experience redefining the process, designing business solutions through lean project management.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction.
Ability to work with engineering for product implementation to deliver business tools and systems.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with data analytics and process.
