Job Description
As a Sales Compensation Administration Manager, you will be part of the Sales Compensation team, which defines go-to-market, designs compensation plans and calculates and processes Sales Bonus.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payouts. Oversee large sales data sets, carry out comprehensive audits for data accuracy, and ensure financial integrity across multi-billion dollar revenue streams. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, HR and Legal.

Oversee the quarterly calculation and administration of sales bonus. Engage with sales leaders and sales teams to explain compensation policies and respond to inquiries. Perform monthly audits and serve as an escalation point to drive resolution of issues flagged.
Manage complex cases relating to attainment and payout through detailed analysis and understanding of the GTM, plans and policies.
Deliver plan enablement through various mediums to provide clarity of plans to the business.
Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance (Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Operations, Accounting), Business Intelligence, Systems and Technology team, HR, and Legal.
Oversee quarterly calculation and communication of business compensation payouts and insights; ensuring SOX compliance.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in sales compensation, including administration, auditing, case management, and enablement.
4 years of experience using attainment and compensation tools.
Experience analyzing data and creating reports with database queries (e.g., SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
Proven ability to drive complex projects and go-to-market strategies (e.g., business models, product strategies) to address evolving business needs.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain productivity while managing shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.
Ability to engage effectively with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Excellent investigative skill to manage complex attainment and payout cases.

6 years of experience in sales compensation, including administration, auditing, case management, and enablement.
4 years of experience using attainment and compensation tools.
Experience analyzing data and creating reports with database queries (e.g., SQL).
