Partner directly with leading online travel agency marketing executives and their agency partners to define their long-term brand trajectory and architect their investments across Google's video and display ecosystems.
Provide creative and strategic direction for brand campaigns, integrating GenAI capabilities and creator partnerships into the core marketing strategy to engage global audiences.
Analyze market trends and complex campaign data to extract actionable insights, iterate strategies, and quantify the definitive business impact of brand initiatives across the full funnel.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, product experts, and external agencies to ensure brand marketing supports overarching sales and growth targets.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Experience managing and selling brand, video, or social media marketing campaigns.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing and executing video and display advertising roadmaps to achieve high-level brand marketing objectives.
Experience providing creative direction, with experience integrating creators, influencers, and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technologies into comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategies.
Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing external agency partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and operating dynamics.
Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions.
Strong analytical skills with experience distilling campaign metrics and market trends into clear, actionable business strategies to optimize marketing investments.
