Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $174000 - $253000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Design, implement, and evaluate complex deep learning models. Build the prototypes that prove the theory.

Publish high-quality research at venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) while maintaining a focus on tangible algorithmic improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

PhD degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience building software, tools, or models (e.g., open-source contributions, internal tools, or model releases).

2 years of experience with JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with distributed training and performance profiling.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and the broader research community.
