We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Engage and influence executive customer leadership and key stakeholders by leading discussions to uncover business objectives, issues, and marketing goals, translating them into actionable strategies.
Build and pitch data-driven advertising solutions (search, YouTube, DVA) to maximize customer value, expertly manage objections, and consistently achieve sales growth goals for Google’s advertising solutions.
Analyze performance data to extract key insights, identify and quantify new growth opportunities, and cultivate qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
Develop strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data-driven storytelling to test the status quo.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (product, research, data, measurement) and external partners to bring full investigative capabilities and implement best practices for customers.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a business related field.
2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
