Job Description
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer within the PACE organization, you will drive data-driven decision-making. You will design and build data infrastructure on BigQuery and broader Data Lake, utilizing advanced SQL to power scalable analytical models and intuitive, user-friendly dashboards. By developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting, you will transform complex data into insights that provide both leadership and field teams with a clear idea of business performance.
You will develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale the generation and delivery of business intelligence. You will lead BI projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions accelerate Cloud consumption and business growth. Furthermore, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into KPI frameworks that accurately track revenue, consumption, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution.

Design and build data infrastructure, including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts to power scalable analytical models and intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
Transform complex data into insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting that provide both leadership and field teams with a clear, accurate idea of business performance.
Lead business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions deliver high-quality, relevant insights that accelerate Cloud consumption and business growth.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into KPI frameworks that accurately track business growth, consumption, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
Experience designing and building data structures, data pipelines, data marts, or data warehouses.
Experience building reporting dashboards and writing SQL queries.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience working cross-functionally with a business function (e.g., sales operations, strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
