As a Paralegal on GoodLeap’s Capital Markets Legal team, you will play a vital role in supporting complex financing transactions and ongoing legal operations that directly impact GoodLeap’s mission of facilitating sustainable home solutions. You will work closely with attorneys, business partners, and external counsel to ensure seamless execution of Capital Market transactions and ongoing compliance with contractual requirements.
