Job Description

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on mid shift (3pm to 12am). This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

What You'll Do

• Support the team in identifying and documenting business use cases for AI and automation
• Assist with building and testing prototypes, proofs of concept, and demos using approved GM AI tools
• Use Google Workspace applications to document work, track projects, and collaborate with the team
• Help build simple automations and workflows using Google Workspace tools and AI-assisted features
• Help gather, clean, and organize data for analytics and AI-enabled solutions
• Contribute to dashboards and reports that track adoption and value of AI initiatives
• Research emerging AI technologies and summarize findings and best practices for the team
• Help create documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Support intake and tracking of AI project requests and status reporting
• Learn how data flows from source systems to reporting and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with team members, business partners, and IT under guidance from mentors
• Share learnings and present a project or findings to the team at the end of the term
• Participate in team engagement initiatives that promote moments that matter

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, data science, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field
• No prior professional experience required; internships, coursework, or personal projects in analytics or AI are a plus
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and its applications
• Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Python, KNIME, Copilot/generative AI tools, or automation platforms is a plus
• Curiosity and passion for AI, innovation, and automation
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
• Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Willingness to take on new tasks, attend training, and learn from feedback
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Basic written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
