About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Marketing Regional Manager to drive our brand presence and growth in the South Korean market. In this role, you will be responsible for overall marketing operations, including strategic brand campaigns, strategic partnerships, and event and community activations. We are looking for a well-rounded marketer who can blend big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, serving as the key engine for user acquisition and brand leadership in Korea's fast-moving AI and tech space.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and scale integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (Kakao, Naver, YouTube, Instagram) and traditional media (OOH, TV, PR) by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.Strategic Marketing Partnerships
Identify, pitch, and execute co-marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships with key industry players, tech platforms, academic institutions, and corporate enterprise partners to accelerate local user acquisition and build trust.Community and Event Operation
Oversee localized event strategies, including developer and user meetups, industry conferences, and high-impact brand activations, to nurture an engaged community ecosystem in Korea.
Requirements
5 to 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally as a well-rounded or generalist marketer in the tech, SaaS, or digital product sectors.
Proven track record in marketing partnerships, including initiating, negotiating, and executing impactful co-marketing or ecosystem partnerships in South Korea.
Hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions, including performance and digital ads, agency management, influencer strategy, and offline event hosting.
Native-level Korean proficiency with strong business-level English communication skills for seamless global collaboration.
Deep understanding of the South Korean tech ecosystem, digital media channels, and local cultural nuances.
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats, working autonomously, and prioritizing high-impact growth channels.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience working in a fast-paced global tech startup or AI company.
An existing network within the Korean AI or developer ecosystem, media agencies, or enterprise tech partners.
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, CRM tools, and user growth frameworks.
