The role:
We are looking for an Immigration Consultant to join our Saudi Arabia (KSA) practice. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with solid immigration experience who can manage cases independently, deliver high-quality client service, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
The role involves managing end-to-end Saudi immigration processes for corporate clients, providing compliant and practical guidance, and acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and HR stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams, government authorities, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely case delivery.
What your day will look like:
Manage end-to-end Saudi immigration cases, including eligibility assessments, document preparation, submissions, and follow-ups
Provide clear, compliant guidance to clients and employees on immigration requirements, processes, and timelines
Communicate case progress proactively, including risks, anticipated delays, and required actions
Identify potential issues (e.g. travel plans, dependents, medical, etc ) and address them early
Maintain accurate case records and updates in the case management system in line with agreed SLAs
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, government authorities, and overseas colleagues as required
Support reporting, tracking, and billing activities linked to case delivery
Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the team
Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members when needed
The team:
You will join a well-established Saudi Arabia immigration team supporting multinational corporate clients across a wide range of industries. The team manages both high-volume casework and more complex advisory-driven matters, requiring strong collaboration and technical accuracy.
The environment is fast-paced and supportive, with a strong focus on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Consultants work closely with managers and senior team members and are encouraged to take ownership, develop their expertise, and grow within the practice.
What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
2-3 years of experience in immigration or global mobility, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
Competent in drafting clear immigration advice and compliance assessments
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage employee and client expectations professionally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes clearly
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Operationally aware, with the ability to manage cases efficiently within agreed SLAs
Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of work, and proactively managing workload
Preferred skills:
Experience with Saudi Arabia immigration processes
Exposure to Middle East immigration markets
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, or similar systems
Experience in a high-volume, compliance-driven environment
Arabic language skills (advantageous but not essential)

What to expect:
