Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Associate - Wilmington, DE

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Wilmington, DE office for a Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy associate. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in all aspects of financial restructuring & bankruptcy, including complex Chapter 11 experience.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Delaware.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Court experience preferred.
Bankruptcy clerkship preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

Physical Requirements
 Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
