About the Position
Foley Mansfield is seeking a service-oriented Remote Records Clerk to support our California litigation team. If you are looking to learn new skills, be part of a team, and work for a well-established law firm, apply today!
The essential functions of this position include:
- Electronically file documents accurately and timely in compliance with all filing requirements.
- Create and maintain case files in iManage.
- Maintain and send daily case reports.
- Accurately and efficiently enter case information into databases.
- Pull and save files as requested.
- Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings.
- Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.
This is an entry level position; we will provide training. This position can be filled by a candidate in CA, IL, MN, or MO, however the regular hours are in Pacific Standard Time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST.
