About the Position
Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses, and individuals.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Litigation & Trial Paralegal to join our California office in the Monrovia/Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced trial environment, is highly organized, and excels at managing cases throughout the litigation process leading up to and during trial. This position is hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote when not in trial.

Prepare, organize, and maintain trial notebooks, binders, boxes, and exhibit sets for court, witnesses, and counsel
Coordinate, track, and manage trial exhibits, including exhibit lists, numbering, labeling, and admission status
Assist with preparing motions in limine, trial briefs, motions, exhibit lists, witness lists, and jury instructions

Coordinate with experts regarding retention, scheduling, document exchange, and testimony
Maintain client extranets with up-to-date case and trial materials; serve as a primary client communication tool
Receive, process, and organize documents into the firm’s case management system and electronic repository
Manage document productions, including trial-related productions
Enter and track pertinent case data (interrogatory responses, records, earnings information, etc.) into databases
Prepare billing and medical summaries and track billable time in the firm’s time entry system
Other duties as assigned
Additional Trial Paralegal Responsibilities:
Serve as a key member of the trial team, responsible for organizing and running the trial war room
Manage trial documents and demonstratives, ensuring real-time access for attorneys during trial
Provide hands-on trial support, including courtroom setup, daily exhibit management, and end-of-day organization
In return for your talents, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes flexible benefits for healthcare/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), professional development and training, generous PTO and paid holidays, mental health benefit, and more.
Foley & Mansfield believes that diversity and inclusion among our employees, staff, applicants and candidates is critical to our success as a national firm, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
