Job Description
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and go-to-market campaigns that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in Singapore. Working closely with Sales and Regional Marketing teams, this role delivers customer-centric marketing programs that strengthen FedEx's market position and support business growth objectives.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, lead acquisition, customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
- Plan and deliver customer events, webinars, trade exhibitions and industry engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified business opportunities
- Lead go-to-market communications and marketing activities for new product launches, service enhancements and strategic business initiatives
- Translate FedEx's products and services into compelling customer value propositions, messaging, and marketing content
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, industry associations, and strategic partners
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing team and provide support to regional marketing programs and initiatives
You will be a great fit if you have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, technology, or related industries.
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and demand generation programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in a matrixed or regional environment is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives
- Good communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across functions and levels
- Innovative mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
