Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-5th year Associates to join our Litigation practice group in our New York office.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and high-impact legal work. Associates will take ownership on matters, assist in case management, and help shape case strategy while advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce.

Candidates should have:
Four to five years of comparable law firm experience with previous federal judicial clerkship experience preferred.
Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities.
Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of commercial or complex litigation matters.

The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week. The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location. The salary range for our Associate position is $310,000-$365,000.
