Eversheds Sutherland is seeking an LL.M. student to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation (EMPBEN) Practice Group as an Extern. This educational opportunity provides exposure to complex employee benefits, executive compensation, retirement plan, and health and welfare matters handled by one of the nation's leading practices.

The extern will work alongside attorneys and legal professionals to develop practical legal skills while assisting with research, analysis, drafting, and regulatory monitoring projects. The position is designed to provide meaningful insight into the intersection of employee benefits law, tax law, labor and employment law, and corporate transactions.
