This is an exciting role in a growing company. In this role you will work closely with a talented accounting team to develop and manage all aspects of Accounts Payable. This role will report to the CFO.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;
<h2>&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time&nbsp;</li>
<li>Broad knowledge of the&nbsp;procure&nbsp;to pay process including best practices&nbsp;</li>
<li>Enforce AP procedures including three-way matching on all vendor payments&nbsp;</li>
<li>Management and verification of employee expense reports&nbsp;</li>
<li>Processing employee expense reimbursement reports&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for AP and payroll&nbsp;</li>
<li>Document all accounts payable processes and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;documentation for business continuity&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate and adapt current accounts payable processes to meet the growing needs of the organization and create long term strategies for continuous improvement&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist the Accounting team with month-end close processes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage travel and expense policy&nbsp;and ensure employee compliance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned as appropriate&nbsp;</li>

<h2>Required Qualifications&nbsp;</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting&nbsp;or related field&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>4+ years of experience with payroll and accounts payable&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience in ERP implementation and maintenance&nbsp;(Epicor)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)&nbsp;</li>
<li>US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be&nbsp;required)&nbsp;</li>

<li>Supervise and mentor accounts payable team members and other roles added in the future&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understand the full AP cycle to quickly&nbsp;identify&nbsp;the source of bottlenecks, problems and drive issues to resolution including impact and risk assessments, status reporting, and more&nbsp;</li>
<li>Produce, review &amp; analyze reporting that is essential to measuring performance related to invoice processing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Produce, review &amp; analyze control reports to access&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;data entry&nbsp;</li>
<li>Make strategic decisions to add &amp; shift resources within processing teams&nbsp;in order to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;low processing queues&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all invoice processing activities essential to month end close&nbsp;are&nbsp;completed within specified deadlines&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist&nbsp;in month end close and year end audit requests assigned to the AP team&nbsp;</li>
