Class Action Litigation Senior Associate/Counsel

Duane Morris LLP seeks a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its dynamic and growing Class Action group. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation and a desire to handle cutting edge class action work. Experience in defending class action lawsuits, such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud, is desired. Superior academic and research and writing credentials are required. The target annual pay range for this role $385,000+. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
