Government Services Sales Manager | U.S. based Remote

DiverseGOV, a division of Diverse Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on government sales professional to own and build assigned government-contract delivery programs and the professional-talent solution supporting active business pursuits. This hands-on role combines contract/account ownership, customer communication, Key Personnel recruiting, workforce continuity, mobilization, compliance documentation, reporting, and risk management.

What You Will Own

• Government-contract delivery health, customers, staffing, deliverables, risks, and option readiness.

• Key Personnel and professional-talent recruiting from requirements matrix through submission readiness.

• Contractor onboarding, check-ins, retention, performance escalation, vacancies, and backfills.

• Audit-ready documentation, ATS/CRM integrity, contract-health reporting, and intern direction.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in GovCon program/account management, staffing, recruiting, or professional services.

• Personal contract/account ownership and direct customer communication.

• Professional or Key Personnel recruiting and objective qualification.

• SOW/PWS, labor-category, mobilization, systems, documentation, and escalation discipline.

• Experience with managing large scale programs to delivery.

• A strong understanding of FAR and GSA MAS schedule compliance and/or program delivery in IT Professional Services, Professional Legal Support Services, Professional HR and Accounting Consulting or other administrative or workforce solutions as a prime contractor is preferred.

Location / Work Model: This is a remote role based in the United States. A reasonable commute to Indianapolis, IN for monthly leadership meetings and/or access to a major market airport is essential for this role. Position can include site safety and security visits in the U.S. requiring federal clearance and customer visits or events.

Travel: Up to 10% based on business need.

Base Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience

Incentive: Uncapped based on goal achievement by program. Targets TBD by program/project.
