Lead Branch Operations and Drive Market Growth

Diverse Staffing is hiring a Staffing Services Director to lead branch performance, sales growth, and team execution.

You will oversee operations, manage leaders, and deliver revenue growth across the market.

Compensation

• Base salary up to $90,000

• Bonus incentives based on revenue and performance

What You Will Do

• Lead branch operations, staffing delivery, and sales execution

• Drive client acquisition and account growth

• Manage P&L performance and operational KPIs

• Coach and develop managers and staff

• Ensure compliance, recruiting execution, and service delivery

Leadership Scope

• Direct oversight of branch managers and teams

• Full accountability for revenue, operations, and staffing performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years staffing management experience

• 3+ years leadership experience managing teams

• Experience in client-facing sales and revenue growth

Work Expectations

• Manage KPIs: fill rate, time-to-fill, SLA compliance

• Travel for client meetings and business development

• Lead structured EOS execution and accountability systems
